We had a good experience here in the off-season. Service was a little bit slow and impersonal, but other than that it was great. The decorations are tasteful and modern, and food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed our late lunch at the Lamp Room.

Comfortable setting friendly, helpful staff. Coffee and cakes lovely. Definitely one to put on our list for a return visit!
Ordered the filet stake well done, initially came out medium rare, then medium both times with blood coming out when being cut so no where near well done, don't mind it being pink but bleeding is a big no for a well done steak. Staff were lovely about the issue but after two attempts it sadly put me off the meal. Staff offered to replace it with anything on the menu and were very friendly, the others with me all had fantastic tapas so If we do ever go back I'll go for that instead. Real shame though as the first time we were here only a month ago the steak was cooked to perfection.
Saturday night, tapas or surf and turf menu. Both looked fantastic, went for the tapas. Was delicious, definitely will be going back to try the rest of the menu.
