It was far easier to get an appointment here than the Durham location. So glad I ended up here. Everyone was lovely and helpful. I didn't have time to stay and order glasses so can't comment on that yet, but they seem to have a decent selection. :)

I go here for my eye tests & glasses as well as my hearing aid..The service is first class & professional & you are made to feel welcome..Yesterday I took my hearing aid in to see if they could repair a break in the loop that goes over the ear and it was done in 5 mins by the Manageress I believe..Not only is the service great but so are the prices with 2 for 1 offers for glasses...A huge thumbs up to all at team Specsavers in Byron Place and highly recommended
