I love the comfortable seats. There aren't a lot of steps and the staff are brilliant. I've never know such helpful and polite staff in a cinema.

Only downside was ordering tickets online. Which I found quite difficult.This could be explained by my age (76) but I'm sure ordering online could be made easier. Apart from that everything was excellent

The staff are brilliant after a mistake in my tickets the staff sorted the problem out in double quick time . Can not praise them enough They were helpful beyond belief going to the outer limits of placing my purchases in the fridge to be picked up later ,issuing new tickets for a later showing A big thank you I am very impressed what might have been a big disappointment turned out to be a day to be remembered by me and my two grand children Thanks allot ...brill...
