Very busy micropub, great atmosphere, great beer
Nice bar but really small inside.
If you enjoy real ale this is the place to go.comfortable friendly unusual decor great atmosphere. Discourages assoles by closing at 10 pm. Ever changing range of ales
HiGreat atmosphere use of reclaimed materials made it very historical with the mines in the area that are now closed this is a real ale pub a must to visit I hope it has every success plus it's nice to be able to try different beers and be informed of there origins and I have to say that the toilets are keeped to a very high standard of cleanliness keep up the good
Quirky little pub/bar .Not my type of beer as it is real ale , but the drink I had was ok. Other people in our party really enjoyed the beer . It is really small inside but that adds to the atmosphere of the place. It is not the place I would call in for a few pints but would call in for a quick one while in the area.
