I wasn't sure where to start with Yoga so booked the Beginners Yoga Experience with Zoe. I can highly recommend it if like me you'd like to start doing Yoga but are unsure which class to choose. The 4 week course introduced different types of Yoga from gentle to dynamic and I now know what style I'd like to go for. Zoe is a great teacher and really knows her stuff. The studio at Seaham is beautiful and has a lovely calm feeling. I'm looking forward to continuing my Yoga practice with the introductory offer of unlimited classes for a month for just 18!! It's fantastic value and there is so much on offer between the Seaham and Sunderland studios.
