Very friendly gym, good equipment, never crowded, kept very clean by the staff. Overall recommended.
Small gym, not much room to move when theres a few people in.Poor range of modern equipment and current equipment poorly maintained.Really hard to get a parking space most times of the day due to other businesses nearby. Opening times dont seem to be fixed.Ive now moved to the leisure centre after 3 months at RS. All new modern equipment, cheaper membership, plenty of parking and decent opening hours that they stick to!

Gym usually fairly quiet so most of the machines and weights are available. Good selection of equipment and use of outdoor space. However actual gym is fairly small compared to some others.
