This is a one star rating, because it is not possible to give a zero! I wouldn't give them one out of ten thousand, let alone one out of five!Awful experience, starting at day one when they tried to change the sign up and key collection day for our tenancy, with 30 minutes notice! Dealing with them throughout the tenancy was difficult, tedious, unsatisfactory, complicated and frustrating. This despite being 'dream tenants'! I would happily miss out on the property of a lifetime, rather than deal with jonathon lewis again! Awful experience! Awful!
The whole team at Jonathon Lewis were exceptional. Martin sold my house in less than a month after being on the market with another agent for over 5 months. Cheaper than competitors and a far superior service. Highly recommend.
