Cant speak highly enough of all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and are always willing to help. Have bought a couple of properties through this branch and the communication has been second to none. I would like to give an honest review of Reeds Reins Seaham. We are buying a home through this company so we are not their client. All I can say is they have been brilliant. From the knowledge that Tracey had of the house when we first arranged a viewing to the end process of exhange. Not often do you find a whole office that will give you excellent service. We dealt mostly with Tracey, she was knowledgeable, compassionate and fully aware of our situation and every time we spoke with her she was totally professional and caring! I would not hesitate to use this branch again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting To sell their home as they do care. All in all, we have had a pretty easy ride and that is partly due to the prompt service from Tracey.
